Returns

It is important to me that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, and if  for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase then just get in touch. 

I have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that all orders from outside the UK  are not eligible for refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Custom made products are not eligible for a refund. 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and get in touch if something is wrong. It's really helpful if you include your order number in the email. 

To start a return or to ask any question about returns, you can contact me at maisiemadedorset@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you have changed your mind or ordered incorrectly then returns are entirely at the expense.

If you have received an incorrect order or your items were defective, then I will reimburse you for both delivery and return shipping costs. 

Refunds
I will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
